All along the event, lots of festivities are organized : outdoor public dances, funfair, “pétanque” contests, “abrivados”, “encierros”, bandidos” (bulls guided back to their pasture by “gardians”), “roussataïos” (mares and colts running in the streets of the village, surrounded by “gardians”), “Intervillage” (contest of bull-running in the arenas), “courses camarguaises”, “bodegas” et “aioli” (big meal organized on “Le Cours”, during which everyone eats the traditional “aioli”, composed of boiled cod, vegetables and garlic sauce).
